Sportzilla is Lahore’s second karting club, offering karting alongside multiple entertainment experiences. Despite having massive potential, the brand was underperforming across every major touchpoint—branding, digital presence, footfall, and perception.

MAVRYK joined Sportzilla on 1st March 2024 with one clear objective:
to turn Sportzilla into the best karting and entertainment club in Pakistan.

2. The First Plan of Action

When MAVRYK joined Sportzilla, the brand was at its formative stage. The first plan of action was foundational rather than promotional. The focus was to build the business as a brand, not just a venue.

Our first move was not execution – it was clarity.

We developed a complete blueprint and growth strategy, detailing:

  • Brand positioning and perception

  • Visual identity and brand guidelines

  • Content direction and storytelling framework

  • Marketing and paid ads structure

  • Operations and customer experience improvements

This blueprint became the foundation for every decision that followed.

3. Challenges Identified

During our audit, we identified critical gaps holding Sportzilla back:
